UK Delivery
We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery - £8.25 – orders under £50.00, delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

Free Standard Delivery - orders £50.00 and above, delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

Scottish Highlands - £10.00 – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands - Free for orders £50.00 and above, otherwise delivery is £10.00 – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Isle of Man - £15.00 for orders under £50.00, £7.50 for orders between £50.00–£89.99, and free for orders £90.00 and above.

Channel Islands – £17.50 for orders under £40.00, £12.50 for orders between £40.00–£79.99, and free for orders £90.00 and above.
International Delivery
Orders can be delivered internationally with a few exceptions.

Canada: Standard delivery charge is $75.00 per order (3 to 17 business days).

United States: Standard delivery charge is $50.00 per order (3 to 17 business days).

Rest of the World: Standard international delivery charge is £43.00 per order.
Please contact us for specific rates if outside of the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Note that we cannot deliver to British Forces posted overseas (BFPO) or PO Box addresses.
General
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we are not liable for delays caused by such events. However, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products not yet received.
RETURNS
As follows is our standard returns policy for your reference.
Returns and refunds
- Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, please contact our Customer Service team no later than 14 days after receipt of your order to start the return process. Call our UK customer care line+44 (0) 121 454 3571, open from Monday - Thursday, 9am - 4pm. Or, if you prefer you can email us on customerservices@silverwood-bakeware.com
- Ensure you return your items unused and undamaged with any labels still attached in their original packaging. The original despatch note or the return note needs to be included. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
- Please note we are not responsible for return postage or other delivery costs except in the case of us supplying you incorrect or faulty items. Neither can we accept responsibility for packages that never reach us, so we advise you to use a traceable and insured service to return your product to us.
- Upon receipt of your returned goods we will make a refund to the card or PayPal account used to place the original order. We will process your return as quickly as possible. However, during very busy periods, please allow between 6 - 10 working days for your return to be processed. Customers’ statutory rights under civil law are unaffected by this policy.
- Unfortunately we can neither process exchanges for products bought online at this time nor can we accept refunds or exchanges of goods bought online in our retail stores.
